How to Cook Our Dumplings
Our dumplings are designed to be cooked directly from frozen — no defrosting required.
For Teochew Steamed Dumplings:
Steam for 8–10 minutes until piping hot.
For Traditional Pan-Seared Dumplings:
Heat a pan with a little oil, place dumplings flat-side down and cook until the base is golden.
Add a splash of water, cover and steam for 5–6 minutes until cooked through.
Always ensure dumplings are fully heated before serving.
