Delivery & Storage

All our dumplings are made to order and delivered frozen to preserve freshness and quality.

Orders over £60 qualify for free UK delivery.
Orders under £60 are charged a flat delivery fee of £5.99.

Once your order is placed, we require up to 24 hours to prepare and freeze your dumplings before dispatch. Orders are then shipped with insulation and cold packs to ensure they arrive frozen.

Please place all dumplings into your freezer immediately upon delivery.

Our commercial kitchen is not open to the public, and collection is not available.
